- Furnish back-up generator system and screen wall for IT Department
- Furnish fully automatic fire alarm system
- Renovate existing restrooms to meet ADA standard
- Abate and replace VCT tile throughout building
Project Highlights
The Development Center is one of the oldest buildings in the district. Over the years, it has served many purposes and has been expanded and renovated several times.
The entire building is receiving new flooring as well as a fully automatic fire alarm system. The restrooms are being renovated to comply with ADA codes. Several other minor architectural revisions are being made to give the building better functionality.
