Travis Elementary School Project Scope of Work
- Improve electrical service and add outlets at existing classrooms
- Renovate the administration area
- Replace ceiling tiles in most classrooms and library
- Replace roof
- Renovate HVAC system to meet new ASHRAE standards
- Renovate clinic and restroom
- Furnish additional staff restrooms
- Renovate library
- Construct a building access ramp at the bus drop-off area
- Replace asbestos floor tile
- Renovate storage areas at the stage
- Renovate stage access to meet ADA
- Replace casement windows throughout school
- Renovate existing restrooms to meet ADA
- Renovate drinking fountains to meet ADA
- Install fully automatic fire sprinkler system
