Smith Elementary School Project Scope of Work
- Renovate existing HVAC system to meet new ASHRAE standards
- Renovate electrical service to building
- Improve the drainage in the courtyard
- Construct walls and doors to enclose the open concept classrooms
- Improve drainage in parking areas and playground
- Replace existing casement windows in older classrooms
- Replace exterior door-frames from classrooms into courtyard area
- Replace all existing ceiling tile
- Renovate administration area
- Furnish additional staff restrooms
- Relocate light switches in back pods
- Renovate water fountains to meet ADA
- Replace VCT floor tile in older classrooms
- Renovate existing restrooms to meet ADA
- Renovate stage access to meet ADA
- Install fully automatic fire sprinkler system
