Seguin Elementary School Scope of Work

1. Remove asbestos floor tile in the classrooms
2. Upgrade electrical service and furnish additional outlets in the classrooms
3. Furnish new building communication system
4. Furnish new fully automatic fire alarm system
5. Replace flooring in all restrooms
6. Furnish an ADA ramp at the bus drop off area
7. Renovate restrooms to meet ADA standards
8. Renovate the stage to meet ADA standards
9. Renovate the water fountains to meet ADA standards
10. Renovate the HVAC system to meet new ASHRAE standards
11. Furnish additional HVAC to the locker rooms
12. Renovate casework in all classrooms
13. Remove lockers from the corridores
14. Renovate the administration area
15. Replace the roof
16. Improve drainage at the student drop off area
17. Furnish an aluminum canopy at the cafeteria for student drop off
