- Upgrade HVAC system to meet new ASHRAE standards
- Furnish fire alarm system
- Construct walls and doors to enclose open concept systems
- Furnish additional ADA parking spaces
- Renovate clinic restroom to meet ADA standards
- Furnish an isolation room in the clinic
- Repair roof
- Renovate restrooms to meet ADA standards
- Renovate stage to meet ADA standards
- Replace HVAC boiler
- Furnish an automatic fire sprinkler system throughout the building
