Terry High School Project Scope of Work
- Upgrade HVAC systems to meet ASHRAE standards
- Replace the existing Cooling Tower
- Replace the roof
- Resurface the running track
- Improve the accoustics in the band hall
- Renovate restrooms and drinking fountains to meet ADA standards
- Construct a multi-purpose space to be primarily used by the Drill Team, Cheerleaders, and Color Guard
- Install automatic fire sprinkler system

Project Highlights
This project will be a small addition and renovation to the existing school campus. Major items include replacement of the roof, replacement of the cooling towers, upgrade to the HVAC systems, ADA upgrades, replacement of the track surface, miscellaneous interior renovations, and a multi-purpose space for the drill team. A small HVAC remodel at the Natatorium will be included with this project.
Gilbane and the Architect, SHW Partners, had an initial meeting with the design committee on August 9, 2004 to discuss the project scope and key design elements. In addition, there have been meetings with the principal and maintenance department to discuss this project.
The project is currently in the schematic design phase. Periodic meetings will take place until the completion of contract documents.
